June was full of adventures for our family.
Cameron went to Boy Scout camp (June 5-10) with his troop and another local troop. He finished a few merit badges but wasn’t a fan of swimming in the cold lake. He designed an amazing Lego dragon head.

April started out with General Conference. We did our Conference Store again and the kids did some amazing drawings of the speakers while we watched.
In November, we said goodbye to our foster pup Chip sooner than expected...he was one of the most loved foster pups we've had so it was a bit heart-breaking.
I've run out of clever ways to start these monthly posts, so we'll just jump straight in (maybe they weren't ever clever anyhow?).
For General Conference, we had a store where the kids could earn Conference Cash to spend on candy and other goodies during breaks. One of the challenges was for the kids to draw the speakers and it was my favorite part!

September is still sweltering hot, and increasingly busy as school activities pick up. We spent a weekend with the Ferrells and had so much fun I don't think we took any pictures.
I took Lily, Becca and Lily's friend Lexington to Wintersmith Park to ride the Kiwanis train for the last time before they retired it. We've ridden that train at least once a year since we moved to Ada.
We booked it home from our reunion trip so that Kimball could start band camp on August 2nd. It was definitely not his favorite experience with many days of marching in the heat.
We went swimming when we could, watched friends’ kids a few times, visited the library, had doctor’s appointments, had school orientations, and our new piano was delivered!
We started off the month with General Conference. The Ferrell’s came up to watch with us, which meant we had 11 people and 5 dogs. It was rainy, so all mammals were inside for a good part of the weekend. It was a bit loud and crowded. We ate lots, watched lots, played games, and plenty more.
