September is still sweltering hot, and increasingly busy as school activities pick up. We spent a weekend with the Ferrells and had so much fun I don't think we took any pictures.
I took Lily, Becca and Lily's friend Lexington to Wintersmith Park to ride the Kiwanis train for the last time before they retired it. We've ridden that train at least once a year since we moved to Ada.
Fall brought an onslaught of marching band activities which kept
Kimball very busy! He marched in the ECU homecoming parade, a band contest and several football games.
We decided that we couldn't keep fostering the puppy Zafar. He was too destructive and needed way too much attention for our family.
Cameron was the most upset because they shared a special bond and loved to rough house together.
Becca lost her first tooth! I ended up pulling it out because it was so loose that it took one little tug. She was thrilled to put her tooth in our little tooth bag for the tooth fairy.
Kimball got to perform with the OU Pride marching band at an OU game, so
Dale and Kimball got to watch the game. It was a long day for Kimball, and to top it off, they were in an accident on the way home which led to many chiropractor appointments for Dale.
We took Kimball to see the latest Marvel movie "Shang-Chi"...
Dale also took Becca to "Dads and Dogs"/"Pops and Pizza" at her pre-k.
Judy kept busy making sure everyone woke up on time, left on time, and made it home from school/activities.
