This summer was a challenge. 4 kids made for days with little breaks, hardly any naps, and feeling like there was always somewhere we should be. There were definitely ups and downs, but here are some of the highlights:
For the 4th of July, we went to the park for their festivities. We rode the train, carousel and played mini golf...
That night we drove to Purcell for the 4th party that our former stake president hosted. There were inflatables, some "fair" rides, food, and fireworks!
We got a new mattress for Cameron, and the box was put to good use (where's Kimball?)...
Kimball finished up his baseball season, read lots of books, got to assist a scientist and magician at the library, and learned how to climb door frames...
Cameron spent most of the summer playing Legos, reading books, and playing for hours on end with Lily.
Lily turned 3,and spent July playing with our train tracks for hours on end!
Becca is still just the sweetest, chubbiest baby. She turned 5 months old, got more teeth, and just continued to grow.
Dale got free tickets to a local rodeo. Lily loved seeing the animals, Kimball was fascinated by the riding/stunts, and Cameron was bored stiff.
Kimball got his Bear patch and Cameron earned his Bobcat in Cub Scouts...
Dale got the rest of his braces off!
Judy turned 31, and celebrated the opening of the new Hobby Lobby store in town. We've also been busy with the new craze...painted rocks. People are painting rocks and hiding them around town. It's kind of addictive and cathartic.
At the end of July we left for our "vacation" reunion trip. And that's a wrap!
