We celebrated a little differently for Lily's birthday since we were in Albuquerque for it. Dale sent her a beautiful bouquet of flowers the day before her birthday.
On her birthday, we went to a trampoline park. We haven't gone to one since Becca was a baby and Lily was too young to remember. Once everyone got their socks on (Becca refused to wear the required socks for a while), everyone had a blast. We were exhausted by the time we left.
I made Lily a koala cake since that is her current obsession. She insisted that it had to be a mom and baby koala head.
We Facetimed with Dale so he could sing and watch her open her gifts.
She had to build her Lego sets that she got that night.
We also got to celebrate her again in August when we had visitors for her baptism!
We sure love our Lily! Happy birthday sweet girl!
