We survived another year of school! The boys were super excited to be done. Lily was sad to say goodbye to her teacher, but is excited for the playground for 3rd graders. Becca can’t wait to start kindergarten and every time we drive by her old school she’s sure to mention that she no longer goes there.
Mother’s Day was wonderful and Dale and the kids all worked hard to make it special for me!
Lily got her second Covid vaccine and was a rockstar during it! She loves using the words "specifically", "literally", and "suspicious" in her day to day vocab.

Kimball was trying to tell me about someone who got Mono from stress, but called it Polio instead, which gave me a good long chuckle. He went to the Freshman Formal dance with a girl in his class. He learned that our friends were moving, and was super sad because he loves their dog Woody, so he made sure to spend as much time with Woody as possible. The stake had a youth activity including a dance and service at the food bank which Kimball really enjoyed. He got outstanding brass in band, and played in his trumpet and piano recitals.
Cameron was very excited to finish 7th grade. This meant more time for Legos, Legos, Legos! He loves helping take care of animals when friends are gone, and especially enjoyed helping with our friend’s chicks and chickens. He’s an expert at catching chicks to put them in their coop.Becca loved all of the end of year celebrations like grunge day, and the party at the park. Then she got to enjoy one-on-one time with Judy until all of the other kids got out of school. She is good buddies with a little boy Judy babysits and gives the best cuddles.
Judy took Cameron, Lily and Becca down to Texas to see the Ferrells. We mostly hung out at their house and just enjoyed being together. For Memorial Day, Judy took Kimball, Lily and Becca (Cameron was sick and Dale had to prep for a jury trial later that week) down to Blue River with some friends in the ward. We enjoyed food, friendship, swimming and paddling around on inflatable boats.Dale was extremely busy preparing for a jury trial and we were all relieved when it was over! We did get to go see the second Dr Strange movie in theaters.
