Christmas 2019

This year we spent Christmas at home and it was wonderful. The kids were all old enough that we could put presents under the tree as they got wrapped, and not even Becca tried to unwrap them!

Christmas Eve we made sugar cookies, and we had the elders and our neighbor Vickie over for dinner. We had a yummy feast, decorated cookies for Santa and shared memories and family traditions.
We went on a drive to enjoy the lights and came home to put the kids to bed. The boys were both on team Santa this year which made getting ready for Christmas morning quite a bit easier.

Christmas morning came bright and early, though Becca had to be woken up. We opened stockings then had to run to a friend's house to take care of their dogs while they were out of town. When we got home we opened presents...I love opening them slowly and letting everyone just enjoy and process what they got.
Kimball was very excited about his hoverboard and has practically forgotten how to walk because he uses it all the time!

The kids played with their gifts, and that night we had pizza for dinner. Merry Christmas! We are truly blessed as a family.
