10 months for Becca

Golly Becca, this past month has been full of all sorts of adventures for you!

On 11/9 you became an official crawler...

Once you figured out crawling, it was only a short time before you were pulling up to a stand on everything...couch, fireplace, our pant legs, the bath tub (11/10). By 11/20 you were walking along furniture
You started clapping and clicking your tongue. You still love to bang your head on whatever is behind you, and you get especially aggressive about it when you're upset. We had to get you a new high chair because you were hitting your head so hard!
You are still a stinker about naps and bed time, screaming for ages. But as soon as I come in a put my hand on your belly, you fall right asleep. For naps, I'm lucky if you sleep for 1/2 an hour before you're up and ready to go again.
You got to try turkey at your first Thanksgiving:
and you even met Santa (aka Preston Draper from Daddy's work).
You love to click your tongue all the time, and the biggest milestone of all is that you started saying MAMA! You also happened to dive into separation anxiety with a fierceness that leaves you screaming like a wild banshee if anyone but Dad takes you out of my arms. You get jealous even of Lily and insist on sitting on my lap if anyone else is cuddling with me.

You're a tough little cookie Becca. When I took you in to get a shot, you didn't even flinch or cry. The nurse was shocked.

Little girl, you are adored. Your brothers gravitate to you as soon as they get home from school and kiss your cheek as often as they can. We love you and are so glad you're ours.
