Cameron has been looking forward to his birthday for months! He loves the fact that his is the first birthday of the calendar year for our family. He wanted a Lego Nexo Knights cake which was simple enough for me to make, and he put the Legos together.
We had cowboy delight for dinner with steamed carrots, and it was finally time to blow out the candles...
And open presents...
He has been begging for a Razor scooter and was so excited to get one. We didn't realize he was such a daredevil, but when he started riding it, he decided to pop some wheelies and give his mom a heart-attack.
I asked Cameron if we could skip his birthday this year so he could stay little longer, but he said if we skipped his, we had to skip mine...when he realized I was turning 30, he said "whoa, we better skip yours!". Sadly, we have to let him be 7 now, and he is my favorite 7 year old in the whole world!
