1 down, 2 to go

I just wanted to give a shout out to my wonderful husband who just survived his first year of law school! He took his last final on Friday.

Not only did he survive, but he was the recipient of the Warren P Taylor Scholarship.

He also got a part time job with the law school for the summer and next year where he will help with all of the competitions on campus, and help write the problems for the competitions. The problems are what the students will have to research and argue about in a mock court competition. Dale will be writing the bench briefs which is what the judges of the competitions read to familiarize themselves with the case.

This year will also be the national mediation competition, which OU Law is hosting, and Dale will be involved in. He's pretty darn important :).

I am so excited to be done with the first year. They say the first is the hardest because of all the adjustments, so bring on next year! After summer break of course.
