Dale's relatives were all so considerate in planning their reunions for the same week, so we were able to go to 3 different reunions on our trip to Idaho and Utah. We left on Saturday morning and drove to Denver where we stayed with his cousin Savanna for the night. Then we got up and drove on through Wyoming where we stopped for Sacrament meeting, then on to Randolph to visit his mom's grave.
Cameron loved the cemetery and was fascinated at how many Rexes are buried there!

Kimball's Tower, 2013
Whenever we go to Utah, it is required that we stop by Kimball's tower (2010, and 2012).
This year, we were able to explain a bit more why it is named Kimball
Tower, after President Spencer W Kimball, and Kimball actually referred
to it as President Kimball's Tower for much of the trip afterwards...
Poor Cameron kept asking when we would see Cameron Tower...turns out there's one in London, so we'll have to stop by someday! :)

Utah
At the end of July, right after Dale took the Bar Exam, we headed up to UT for family reunions. At the reunion on the Rex property, Kimball got to ride a horse for the first time and loved it!
Cameron played the part of Pig Pen quite well...
At the second reunion, we camped near Bear Lake, hiked to Bloomington Lake, spent a day at Bear Lake and loved being with Dale's siblings and their kids. All 12 siblings were in attendance!
After reunions, we spent some time with Dale's dad and his wife. One of those days, Will & Erin took us to Dinosaur Park in Ogden and my boys loved it, until Cameron saw the robot T-Rex and ran from the room screaming :0
After shopping at the wonderstore Smith & Edwards, we made the requisite stop at Temple Square...
Spent nights at different family friend's houses and loved spending that time with them...
Went to BYU and made our requisite stop at Kimball Tower...Kimball is a bit bigger this time around...
And in other Kimball highlights, on this trip, he realized he can climb pine trees much higher than his mother feels comfortable with, he lost his first tooth, learned how to start and keep pumping on the swing and started learning monkey bars on his own.

Highlight
As a family we made the 18 hour drive to UT to see my friend Becky get married. While there we stopped at BYU and showed Kimball his tower. He was so excited!
The whole time Kimball kept exclaiming "It's my tower!"
