Thanksgiving 2018

For Thanksgiving, Grandpa and Grandma Bundy came out to visit, as well as Aunt Hannah and Uncle Robert. The kids were so excited and loved having all these adults to give them more attention. Grandparents and Rob arrived on Monday the 19th. The worst is waiting for guests to arrive all day!

On Tuesday, all of the girls drove up to OKC to pick up Hannah from the airport. We went to the OKC bombing memorial, the Boy Scout shop, and the Botanical Gardens before heading back to Ada.

On Wednesday we made pies and shopped for everything we needed for Thanksgiving. Dale picked up our smoked turkey.

Thursday morning, Dale took Kimball to play in the ward turkey bowl. Grandma went to watch. When they got back we started the food baking chaos...and then we feasted! We also went to Walmart for a bit of "Black Friday" shopping.
Friday, the boys all went to Laser Zone where they bowled, mini-golfed, and played laser tag. The girls chilled at the house and went for a walk at the park.
Saturday, Dale, Grandpa, Kimball, Hannah and I all headed up to OKC to watch a Thunder game. We ate at Fuzzys. Sadly the Thunder lost after making quite a comeback.
Sunday was church of course. Monday, the kids all had school. It was pj day for Lily. Then, it was time to get all the cuddles and play-time in that they could.
Tuesday morning everyone left. The kids tried to convince everyone to stay. There was a lot of sitting, some talking, some politics. Happy Thanksgiving!
