What a busy month! We started off with General Conference and Dale's brother Alan coming to visit with his wife Grace and 7 of their kids. Our house was definitely a little crazier than normal, but we loved having them, and our kids loved having their cousins here.
We also had a water softener and a storm shelter put in...$3900 for peace of mind, but Dale kept his promise that we would always have a storm shelter while living in OK.
Then Judy's parents and brother, and Dale's parents arrived for the weekend of celebrations with Kimball's birthday, Cameron's baptism/Becca's blessing and Easter! Judy's dad took her on a Daddy/daughter date to see Beauty and the Beast...25 years after he originally took her to see the animated version in theaters.
The recliner we bought 4 years ago was dying, and the store gave us some credit so we got a new Lazy Boy recliner and can fit our whole family :)...
Dale was on the trampoline with Lily one day when she told him to jump high so she could watch from the side. He thought about jumping on his back or bum but felt he shouldn't and shortly after, this happened:
Poor Lily keeps asking to jump on the tramp and we have to keep explaining it's gone. While Alan and Grace were here, she lost her beloved bunny and we thought it would be the end of the world, but she actually slept ok that night, and found him the next day. Now we know she can survive without it! Kimball has learned to gauge Lily's mood carefully and will ask every morning if they are friends or not.
Cameron was thrilled to finally start cub scouts. Kimball had his honor choir concert and his first piano recital. Dale & Judy started the process of getting life insurance. Becca turned 2 months old and got even chubbier! She started sleeping through the night and laughing and is such a joy. Life is good, and busy as always.
