Our little boy is "due" to arrive in about a week and a half and it's crazy thinking how close that is, let alone the fact that he could come any day. Kimball was 3 weeks early so it has been interesting noticing how different the last few weeks are. This little boy is getting really strong.
Kimball is so sweet and gives me a kiss if I ever say "ow" such as when the baby kicks too hard, or I stub my toe. He's also learning to say sorry if he does something wrong. Recently, I think Kimball has started to understand that there's a baby in my belly and laughs when I explain that the baby is hiding.
I had an appointment yesterday and everything looks good. The doctor said if I want him to, he can induce me next week which I don't want to do, but it's sort of torturous knowing that I can decide when the baby is coming if I did have that desire, and that I have that sort of power.
The anticipation is proving taxing-especially for Dale who is constantly asking if I'm in labor yet. So now we're just waiting, and waiting...
