All 4 kids are obsessed with the show Phinneas and Ferb. They will all gather around the small TV in the library to watch it together. There are very few shows that can hold the interest of all 4 kids.

| Our daffodils always come up in late Feb/early March |
The month started off with three days of distance learning for the kids because of snow and ice making the roads unsafe. The kids loved it, and it was nice to have a more relaxed schedule.
Lily’s favorite breakfast is always one piece of cinnamon toast, and one piece of toast with hazelnut spread on it. Girl Scout cookie season started. Lily sold lots of cookies to our neighbors, and we had several booths at Walmart.
Becca will often choose honey nut cheerios for breakfast or toast with hazelnut spread. For her birthday snack at school, instead of cupcakes or other treats, Becca wanted to take Doritos to her class. She turned 6!
Kimball usually skips breakfast. When he gets up for seminary, he quickly gets ready and falls asleep on the couch until his ride gets here. His dog, Quincy got fixed. Poor Quincy had a knack for getting out of the cone, so eventually we got an inflatable donut to put around his neck. He was not a fan! Kimball went to state with DECA. He was gone for 3 days. As soon as he got back, the next day we went to Southeastern University with the Aviation program. That Sunday he went to Norman to see the OU Symphony’s concert. He also got to go to the church’s formal dance in Norman the next weekend. he got to dress as the Chick-fil-A cow at work one day.
Cameron also eats toast with hazelnut spread most mornings. Sometimes he will go for leftovers (especially if it’s cowboy delight or spaghetti). He was very busy with rehearsals regularly throughout the month in preparation for his school’s performance of Seussical. Cameron played a hunter. He also got to participate in a flag ceremony with his Scout troop at a monster truck rally, so he and Dale got to stay and watch. It was reportedly very loud!
Dale and Judy both have a protein shake every morning.
During February, Judy got asked to perform Disney songs with ECU’s showtime group. There were many rehearsals, but it felt good to perform with a talented group. After my performance, we went out for an early Valentine’s dinner at The Brickhouse on Main Street. She was the cookie coordinator for Lily's Girl Scout troop, which meant having thousands of Girl Scout cookies in our house.
Dale spoke in church about fast offerings. He had his follow-up appointment for his broken pinky and got to have the splint taken off. He started physical therapy to help regain strength in his pinky, but it will probably always be misshapen from the bone fragment that got displaced.
We fostered two chihuahua puppies, Eliza and Elijah. They were both sick and in the process of healing when we got them. Unfortunately, Eliza declined and passed away. Becca especially loved Eliza. We all loved cuddling and playing with Elijah until it was time for him to go to his new family. We had two different storms with tornado warnings. The sirens went off, so we went to our storm shelter. Lily was extremely anxious about the storms, but Shadow (who previously hated the shelter), went right down.
