The Blue Angels were in Oklahoma City, so we had to go up to see them (since we didn't get to see them when we went to Florida). We parked across the freeway from Tinker AFB, but it was still a bit loud for the girls.
Judy went to Young Women's camp for 4 days, so Grandma and Grandpa Bundy came out to help with the kids so Dale wouldn't have to lose a whole week of work.

Kimball completed his reading merit badge by volunteering several times at the library. He also baked his first batch of cookies... though he put in a Tbs of baking soda instead of a tsp, so we had to triple the batch...and had cookies for ages! His young men's president Brother Norton challenged the YM to read the Book of Mormon by the end of July, and Kimball was super motivated reading daily!
Dale had court in Sulphur, so we made a family day of it and went to the Chickasaw Recreation Area to swim. He worked more on his fish tank to get it ready for plants/fish.
One day Cameron asked "did some dinosaurs go extinct by eating the wrong children?" We got a good laugh, and he explained he meant by eating their own children so they ran out eventually.
Lily needs socks even in the summer because she hates having bare feet...whether it's going to bed or wearing sandals. She also learned how to unbuckle her carseat which makes unloading kids so much easier.
Becca graduated to a toddler bed and did pretty well with the transition. I did find her on the floor behind the door one morning. She calls Grandpa "Dumpa" and it might be his new name. She's being a classic 2 year old coloring on furniture, walls, fish tanks, etc.
One night there was a crazy wind storm and trees/branches were knocked down all over town. Branches sat on curbs for weeks because there was so much damage. We spent lots of time at parks, some family nights at the pool, and the library. We got to go to Tulsa for a weekend, and to Oregon for our family reunion.
