Fire Pit

One day, Cameron randomly asked if we could have a fire in our backyard and roast hot dogs/marshmallows (at least, I'm pretty sure it was Cam's idea), so we actually did it! Dale made a fire pit with all the huge rocks that were dug up when our storm shelter was put in. I ran to the store and got the hot dogs, roasting sticks, marshmallows, etc.

The boys loved it and it was a fun dinner for all. Plus we got to get rid of some of the wood pile in our backyard. Poor Duke got marshmallow all over him and we got a laugh watching him try to get it off :). Duke also enjoyed eating all of the ashes afterwards...
