Thunderbird Lake

Part of the fun of having family come to town is that you move into tourist mode a bit and actually go see things. I do take my children out, but not nearly as much as when family is here.

My mom loves lakes/boats/lighthouses/etc so while she was here, we took our boys out to Thunderbird Lake. The boys had a blast throwing rocks, sand and sticks into the water.

After a picnic lunch, grandma stripped Cameron down and sent him into the water...of course Kimball had to follow. Though I stressed the entire time about random fishhooks lying around, it was so fun to watch my boys be little boys.
