From day one, anyone who has met Kimball and knows Dale has said he looks just like his Daddy. Even a complete stranger who saw me with Kimball looked from me to him and said to Kimball "you
must look like your dad" and walked off. Now don't get me wrong, I think Kimball is darn cute and I'm darn proud to be his mom, but it's nice to know if some part of me got passed on to him.
I had high hopes for Cameron looking more like me, but he's looking more and more like his Rex cousins.
Imagine my joy the other day when I realized that both of my boys inherited my smile :). Yes, my smile. See?:
I know it's not the easiest thing to see from these pictures, but I gotta have something, right?!

YA for inheriting! alot of people tell me Ellie looks just like me! makes me smile.
I see it! Oh strangers would say that to me when I was with Kate ( you MUST look like your dad). I hoped Eli would look more like me- but everyone says he looks just like Chase too. BUT they have my hands!
All Pearl has from me are my hands. Paul says we have the same eye shape but it's not like that's a particularly obvious thing.
Because Pearl has red hair, we've had strangers joke about her being the "milk man's baby" to us. The first time that happened, it hurt my feelings but my mom reminded me that Pearl looks like Pearl and that's all that matters.
